All materials I use have been sourced from second-hand/thrift shops, library basements, doctor's offices, and discard piles.
All canvases for my large works are cabinet doors, old wooden wall signs, or any usable piece of wood I find inspiring.
(examples of my work below are either sold or NFS)

Near the end of my Nana's life, she was really into making handbags, hoping to sell them. She specifically made me several different styles from the same fabrics... and I am not a handbag user, so I tucked them away.
Ten years after her passing, I took apart all the bags she gave to me and reconstructed them into this piece honoring her life. The piece of wood I attached this sculpture to was the top of a side table in my Nana's living room.
